Raspberry Creamsicle

Jump to Recipe - Print Recipe

I have fond memories of going out for burgers, cheese fries, and a large Orange Freeze at a nearby burger joint when I was a kid. My favorite part was always that frosty drink (of course topped with whipped topping and a cherry)! To this day, I still think of that tasty treat when we make homemade smash burgers! We recently made burgers and didn’t have orange sherbet, but did have raspberry sherbet on hand which had me thinking just how delicious a new version might be. This Raspberry Creamsicle (which is like a milkshake, but instead of only using ice cream there is a mix of sherbet and ice cream), absolutely hit the spot.

Basic Ingredients in Raspberry Creamsicles

  • Raspberry Sherbet
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Sparkling ICE sparkling water (Lemon Lime Flavored)

I love using the Sparking ICE brand sparkling water for the fizzy effect in this frosty drink because there is zero sugar and only 5 calories per serving. Lemon Lime soda could absolutley be used here!, but we regularly keep sparkling water around and I feel like I’m making a little extra effort to reduce calorie intake on top of the ice cream and sherbet already included in this delicious raspberry treat!

This Raspberry Creamsicle is a must try recipe for your next burger night in! No need to head out to the local drive in, ice cream parlor, or burger joint when you can whip this frosty raspberry treat up in a matter of minutes!
