Head of Garlic
Olive Oil
Flaky Sea Salt
I like to use Maldon Sea Salt, but table salt works well too
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peal off any loose layers from the head of garlic. Be sure to leave at least the last layer in order to hold the garlic cloves all together.
Cut the top 1/4th of the garlic head off to expose the garlic cloves.
Place the head of garlic inside your galic roaster or aluminum foil cut side facing up.
Liberally drizzle olive oil on top of the garlic and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 45 minutes until the garlic is a beautiful carmalized brown color.
Allow to cool to the touch and then squeeze from the uncut side. Or using a small fork you can remove the cloves from the head of garlic.
