Roasted Garlic

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Head of Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Flaky Sea Salt I like to use Maldon Sea Salt, but table salt works well too

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Peal off any loose layers from the head of garlic. Be sure to leave at least the last layer in order to hold the garlic cloves all together.
  • Cut the top 1/4th of the garlic head off to expose the garlic cloves.
  • Place the head of garlic inside your galic roaster or aluminum foil cut side facing up. 
  • Liberally drizzle olive oil on top of the garlic and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the garlic is a beautiful carmalized brown color.
  • Allow to cool to the touch and then squeeze from the uncut side. Or using a small fork you can remove the cloves from the head of garlic.
